This Mustang is now offered with service records, spare parts, a car cover.
The car was ordered in Silver Blue (Y) and was repainted in 2024. The seller notes the process involved rust repairs in the shock towers and rear frame. It now has GT-style grille lights, stripes, and a dual exhaust system exiting through the rear valance, and the wiring harness was redone as part of the work.
The 17″ American Racing wheels are mounted with Falken tires. The seller also had a Boregson power steering box with a rebuilt pump installed.
The interior was stripped and repainted as well, and Dynamat material was added under the replacement carpeting. The bucket seats have blue and white upholstery with Pony-motif accents, and Vintage Air climate control was added along with a Pioneer stereo that is mounted under the dashboard and linked to speakers in the kick panels and behind the rear seats.
Instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, amperage, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 83k miles, over 10k of which were added under current ownership. The seller added the replica steering wheel and replaced the steering column.
The car was ordered with an A-code 289ci V8, and a Cobra dress-up kit has been installed along with MSD ignition and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. The seller notes the valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket were replaced, and the Autolite four-barrel carburetor has been rebuilt.
